The short visor is designed for drivers who use their helmet in enclosed cars and do not use the full visor while driving. The design of the ST4 shell does not allow the standard full visor to fully retract and therefore move out of your peripheral vision. With this in mind the short visor was designed allowing the driver an uninterrupted view.
The short visor is designed to fit WRC DES, Trophy DES, ST4 Formula and ST4 Wide. A screw kit is also required to fit this visor depending on application. WRC DES and Trophy require YA0242 screw kit which allows fitment of the Short Visor and Peak. ST4 Helmets require YA0656 screw kit if fitting Short Visor Only, or YA0710 if fitting Short Visor and Peak.
